What we offer

Personalized immunotherapy and immune-focused care for allergies and immune-related conditions

We offer low-dose immunotherapy (LDI) treatments and services designed to support individuals experiencing allergies and immune-related conditions, including chronic inflammation and autoimmune concerns.

Our approach emphasizes education, individualized care, and thoughtful treatment planning—helping patients move beyond symptom management and better understand their immune health.

Conditions we commonly work with

We work with individuals experiencing a range of allergy and immune-related concerns. While treatment is highly individualized, common areas we focus on include:

  • Food allergies and sensitivities

  • Environmental allergies (pollen, dust, mold)

  • Chemical sensitivities

  • Chronic inflammation

  • Autoimmune and immune-mediated conditions

Each patient’s immune system and history are unique, so treatment plans are tailored based on a comprehensive medical evaluation.

What is Low-Dose Immunotherapy (LDI)?

LDI is a form of immunotherapy that uses very small, highly diluted doses of antigens to help support a more balanced immune response over time. Rather than focusing solely on symptom management, LDI is designed to help the immune system respond more appropriately through a personalized and gradual approach. Treatment is personalized and adjusted based on how each individual responds.

Many chronic symptoms and autoimmune conditions are driven by how the immune system responds to specific microorganisms. Understanding these underlying triggers is a key step in restoring balance.

Common questions about LDI

  • LDI is a form of immunotherapy that uses very small, highly diluted doses of antigens to help support a more balanced immune response over time. Treatment is personalized and adjusted based on how each individual responds.

  • LDI may be considered for individuals experiencing allergies and immune-related conditions, including:

    • Food and environmental allergies

    • Chemical sensitivities

    • Chronic inflammation

    • Autoimmune and immune-mediated concerns

Because each person’s immune system is unique, treatment is tailored based on a comprehensive medical evaluation.

    See Treatable Conditions above.

  • LDI differs from traditional allergy treatments in both dosing and approach. It uses much lower doses and is designed to work gradually with the immune system rather than focusing only on symptom control.

In contrast to allergy shots, efficacy is not based on repetition, so many see symptomatic improvement much faster than traditional therapies.  LDI is offered for a wide range of conditions and typically requires less frequent dosing, with treatment intervals adjusting as patients improve.

  • LDI is administered sublingually (under the tongue), which avoids injections. Dosing schedules are individualized, and treatment intervals may change over time depending on response and tolerance.

    1. Starting Treatment: We begin with a gentle approach, choosing a low concentration of LDI to minimize any possible aggravation of symptoms.

    2. Observing Responses: You’ll monitor how your body reacts to the treatment. If there’s no change, the dose might be too weak. If symptoms worsen temporarily, it could be too strong.

    3. Adjusting Doses: Depending on your response, we’ll carefully adjust the dosage, seeking the optimal level for improvement without discomfort.

    4. Ongoing Evaluation: As treatment progresses, we continually reassess and tweak dosages, aiming for long-term symptom relief.

Throughout the process, your input is crucial. By sharing detailed feedback, we can more effectively tailor the treatment to your needs.

  • LDI is considered a homeopathic form of immunotherapy and is not FDA-approved. It is based on similar immunologic principles, and treatment suitability is determined during a medical consultation.

  • LDI is not appropriate for every individual. Determining whether it may be a good fit requires a thorough medical evaluation and discussion of your health history and goals.

  • Many patients explore LDI after years of managing symptoms without lasting improvement. This approach focuses on understanding the immune response more deeply and taking a more individualized path forward toward long term improvement.

Our Approach

Many patients come to Aurora after years of managing symptoms without lasting improvement. Our approach is centered on understanding the underlying immune response and taking a more individualized, thoughtful path forward.

We prioritize education, clear communication, and careful evaluation so that patients feel informed and confident in their care decisions.

The Process

1. Initial inquiry

Patients may begin by contacting us with general questions to determine whether immunotherapy may be an appropriate option.

2. Paid consultation (1 Hour)

All medical evaluations are scheduled as paid visits. This is all handled through tele-health video visits. During this time, we conduct a thorough review of medical history, current diagnoses, triggers, and goals.

3. Personalized treatment planning

A customized treatment plan is developed based on individual needs. The provider will determine initial starting dose type and potency based on presentation and sensitivity level.

4. Ongoing follow-up and support

Follow-up is primarily by email to understand progress and adjust LDI treatment dosage as needed.

Scheduled tele-health follow ups may be needed only if deemed necessary by both the provider and patient.

Consultations & Pricing

Initial Consultation - $400

This 1 hour, tele-health consultation is the most important step in the process, where a thorough history will be taken to identify the best starting treatment plan for the patient. Based on health status and sensitivity level, the provider will recommend a starting dose type and potency.

Also included in this fee is ongoing email support from the provider, including treatment review which encompasses the time to review your dose-response, give feedback on next steps, and prepare doses.

Follow-up Appointments - $100

Though most treatment updates will be handled through email, the provider may find it necessary to have a 15 minute tele-health appointment to cover more complex cases. Tele-health follow-ups can also be requested by the patient.

LDI Treatments - pricing varies

Following your initial consultation, you’ll receive up to 3-5 syringes of your assigned antigen(s) by mail.

3-5 syringes - $175 per person for each dose cycle.

Once a core dose is found (dose that is found the most effective for the patient), we will send up to 2 core doses per shipment. After reaching your core dose, you are likely to repeat once every 7 weeks until achieving lasting tolerance.

$35 for each additional dose past 5, each dose cycle.

The frequency of dosing is entirely personal.

Shipping costs are additional.
